Refund policy

At Gina’s, we strive to ensure that you will love your merchandise. We understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. That's why we've crafted a return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store merchandise credit. For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Online returns can be made in-store. If you choose to ship the item back, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

All sale items are FINAL sale. In-store merchandise credit does not expire.

Please contact info@ginasgr.com for return authorization. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received. Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit or confirming your size exchange.
